Covid-19 Shipping Arrangements Updates

Due to the severe situation of Covid-19 currently going on in Hong Kong, we made the following adjustments to our shipping services as follows:


SF Express

From 5th March until further notice, all door-to-door services have been suspended. Customers are encouraged to use the self-pick up and self-drop off services, which is more controllable and safe. Please bear in mind that also the transit time will be affected by delays.

You can still add your home/office address at the check out. Once the order is received we will contact you to arrange the parcel delivery to your preferred SF Express store in Hong Kong.
Warehouse Pick Up
In order to ensure the safety of our team  and customer, starting from March our warehouse pick up service is suspended until further notice. 
Standard Delivery
Hong Kong Post has suspended the Speed Post delivery service to Canada until further notice. At the moment we are able to offer only Fedex International Priority Shipping Service.
For destinations as United States and UK, the Standard Delivery Service will be affected by delays. Please allow one week extra for parcel delivery. 
For South East Asia countries the Standard Delivery Service remains unchanged for the time being.
